    I bought 4-Day Florida Resident tickets. The exchange certificates state I can redeem them at a ticket sales window at Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, or Magic Kingdom. Can I redeem these at a location in Disney Springs instead?

    There is a Guest Relations Lobby at the Disney Spring Welcome Center that should be able to handle this for you. That link will take you to more information about Guest Relations services, as well as a map of their locations. Your certificate probably came with instructions, but it's always a good idea to have the credit card tickets were purchased with and a valid photo ID when picking up any type of ticket or pass.

    If you haven't been to Disney Springs lately, you're in for a big treat!  Renovations have been ongoing for years and it is nearing completion. The new shopping, restaurant and entertainment options are amazing. Be sure to allow some time to look around when you go.
