Thank you for taking the time to visit us at planDisney, Jim. I’m so sorry to hear that the pandemic had derailed your trip to the
Disneyland Resort. Like so many people, our family had to postpone several trips as well, including my daughter’s high school graduation trip to the Tokyo Disney Resort. (Someday when international travel is unrestricted and safe again, we will
definitely make that trip and cross it off our Disney bucket list!)
Hakuna Matata about the 4-day park tickets you have already purchased, Jim. According to Disneyland Resort’s
latest updates, your wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day passes that expired on January 12, 2021 will now have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. The tickets will expire 13 days after its first use or on December 16, 2021, whichever comes first. Prior to Disneyland Resort theme parks reopen, your ticket’s expiration date will be updated. Should you have additional questions, you can also contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you.
As this pandemic situation is constantly evolving, so are the updates and changes to park operations. To help you stay updated (like when Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park may reopen), be sure to visit
Disneyland.com or
Disney Parks Blog periodically.
I truly hope The Happiest Place on Earth will open its gates one day soon; we
sure can use some Disney magic during these difficult times. Jim, if you have further questions, please do not hesitate to visit us again at planDisney. We are all EARS!
Have a magical day,
Kiki
