Julie from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We bought the 3 day CA residents tickets in Feb 2020, and we used 2 days, but still have our tickets for the 3rd day. Is this ticket still valid after everything that happened? And how would we go about booking/reserving a day to come once the park is open

    Greetings Julie!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for bringing your question to us!

I’m delighted to hear that you took advantage of one of the best promotional offers of the year! The SoCal Resident Ticket offer! It's the Disneyland Resort ticket offer I always tell all my friends and family about when it’s released each year. I have exciting news to share! Your ticket expiration date has been extended and is now valid through December 16, 2021. So the unused portion of your tickets will not go to waste! Please note, SoCal Resident tickets are now subject to the following blockout days: July 4, 2021 and November 20-27, 2021.

Like me, I’m sure you were very excited about the official announcement that the Disneyland Resort theme parks will reopen on April 30th! The official statement said that attendance will be managed through a new theme park reservation system that will require all guests to obtain an advance reservation for park entry. This reservation will be required in addition to valid theme park admission. More details about this new reservation system will likely become available closer to re-opening. To stay up to date on the latest announcements related to the Disneyland Resort re-opening, make sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog. You’ll find breaking news there first!

Please head back to planDisney with your future questions! We're all EARS!
