I bought 6 day base tickets. I'm wondering if 1 day could be spent in a water park? If not, can we use the money spent on a remaining day towards the purchase of a water park ticket? Theme parks for 5 days and then the money for day 6 towards h2o?

Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Carly! Water Parks can be a wet and wild time under Mt. Gushmore at Blizzard Beach or Tugboat Ms. Tilly at Typhoon Lagoon. My kids are all about the lazy rivers.

Unfortunately, base tickets can’t be used for Water Parks, but you can easily upgrade to a Park Hopper Plus (which allows Water Park visits as well as park hopping) in order to choose a trip to the water slides and wading pools. You can do this in person at any ticket window, Disney Resort Hotel concierge desk or guest relations at Disney Springs. Make sure you upgrade within 14 days of first using your ticket, and you must still have at least one additional day remaining on your ticket at the time of upgrade.

If I can help you add more watery fun or a bit of pixie dust to your upcoming vacation, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
