Hello, Bulmaro,
Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disneyland Resort Annual Passports are issued in the name of specific guests and are not transferable or refundable. I recommend checking the specific terms of your contract. If you are purchasing the passport using a monthly payment plan, usually payment plans for multiple Annual Passports are tied together. So it is important to stay up-to-date on payments for all passports to avoid having any one of them administratively blocked out.
I understand the difficulty in helping a child feel comfortable visiting new places. When they were younger, our children occasionally had a hard time with having patience while waiting in attraction queues. We nearly had total meltdowns and had to abort attempts to visit certain attractions at times. Each child is unique, and meeting their needs requires unique approaches as well. We found that keeping our children well-fed and hydrated helped them to feel relaxed while waiting in lines. For a child experiencing trepidation with certain attractions or character experiences, I would recommend seeking out another one of the many activities appropriate for
preschoolers and small children. For example, live stage shows such as
Mickey and the Magical Map may be great opportunities to introduce a child to fun entertainment that still keeps a comfortable distance between the child and the characters in the show. Children may enjoy exploring attractions such as
Redwood Creek Challenge Trail at their own pace and level of interest.
I wish you many magical returns to the Disneyland Resort, Bulmaro.
