We bought a custom build light saber in the star wars store last year. the blade has since cracked. How can i purchase a replacement light saber blade?

Hello, Chris! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question!

Building your own lightsaber is a fun and creative way to take home a truly customized souvenir from the Disneyland Resort. I'm so sorry to hear that yours has since been damaged. It must have experienced some epic battles with the Dark Side! I suggest that you call Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 to see if the individual piece can be replaced.

If you will be visiting the Disneyland Resort in the near future, definitely stop by The Star Trader to see if the blade can be purchased separately. Remembering back to my most recent visit, I believe I only saw prices listed for complete lightsabers, but it might be worth asking, especially if you bring in your cracked lightsaber.

Since you already have a custom lightsaber, perhaps you can try your hand at building some custom droids during your next visit. Not far from where you built your lightsaber last year is a station to build droids. You can choose from a large variety of pieces and build two different droids for one price. There is even a Mickey ear piece which I happen to think is the perfect accessory for any droid!

I hope this information was helpful. Have a magical day!
