I was so happy to see your question today because it involves two of my favorite things,
Walt Disney World Resort and shopping! I could spend hours wandering around all of the
shops at Walt Disney World Resort, especially in
Disney Springs. I usually pick up a few souvenirs to remind me of my happy place on each of my Walt Disney World Resort visits. While most of these items are small and easy to pack for my trip back home, sometimes I just don't have room in my luggage for my purchases. Luckily, it's easy to have Walt Disney World Resort merchandise shipped to your home.
When you spoke to a Cast Member about shipping your purchases to your home, you should have received a carbon copy of your receipt. This receipt should have all of the information you need to track your packages, including the name of the delivery service (usually either FedEx or UPS). You can visit the delivery service's website and enter the tracking number found on your carbon copy receipt in order to track your package.
If you can't find your receipt or you have any other problems with the tracking information for your purchases, you can
call the Help Center phone number for "My Past Walt Disney World Visit." The friendly Help Center Cast Members should be able to help you locate the tracking information for your items.
