Amélie from QC Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We bought Canadian resident tickets and will have to show proof of residency. We are planning to go to Epcot on our first day. Where exactly do we need to go to show proof of residency on site? Its our fisrt time at WDW and we do not know our way around.

    Bonjour Amélie,

Welcome to planDisney! It's so great to have you here and I'm happy to help a fellow Canadian with their Disney adventures. I'm so excited you'll soon be experiencing magic at Walt Disney World Resort, let's hop to your answer.

Like you, I'm thrilled at the return of the Canadian Resident Theme Park Ticket offer, it has been a while since the last offer! As you mentioned, these tickets require proof of Canadian residency to be activated. Guests can complete this at Will Call windows by each theme park entrance (EPCOT's is in a building to the right of the ticket windows) or at the Disney Springs Welcome Center. The Welcome Center is located right at the heart of Disney Springs with the Lime Garage being the nearest parking garage if you happen to be arriving via a personal vehicle. If you have enough time before your park day, I recommend activating your tickets if possible - it will mean you can hit the ground running and the adventures can begin on your first day at the Parks.

Make sure your tickets are linked and assigned to your party either on the online Disney account or on your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Cast Members at the Will Call windows or the Disney Springs Welcome Center can also assist if you need help.

I hope you have a wonderful trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Oh, be sure to visit the Canada Pavilion at EPCOT, and try the maple popcorn - it's delicious!

    Bon voyage!
