Hello! I have bought Canadian Resident Exchange Certificates from an Authorized Disney Ticket Seller. Can you please tell me how I link these to My Disney Experience in order to make FastPass+ selections?

    Hi, Erin!

To link any theme park tickets or exchange certificates is really pretty easy. Log into (or create) your My Disney Experience account. Once in your account, choose "Reservations and Tickets" then "Link Tickets" under the Tickets and Passes section. The back of your exchange certificates contain the numbers you will need to connect those tickets to each guest in your party.

By linking the exchange certificates, you can then book your FastPass+ selections when you are 60 days out from your arrival date (30 days if not staying at a Disney resort hotel). When you arrive in Walt Disney World, you will need to take those certificates to any ticket window to exchange them for your actual tickets.

If you have any trouble linking your exchange certificates, call (407)939-7765 for assistance.

In addition to booking your FastPass+ ahead of time, you may also want to book Disney dining reservations. Try a fun buffet at Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort or a relaxing dinner at Chefs de France in Epcot. Dining reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance.

Wishing you a magical vacation in Walt Disney World!
