I’m so sorry you weren’t able to use your
theme-park tickets back in 2020! Life sure threw us a curveball that year, and I think we could all use some Disney magic to bring us some much-needed smiles and laughter!
So, it sounds like you’re trying to locate your tickets on
Disneyland.com, or on the
Disneyland app. Most likely, your tickets aren’t showing up anymore because they have expired. However, I’m happy to report that all hope is not lost, Caleb! You should be able to apply the amount you paid for your tickets toward the purchase of new tickets for a future visit. I recommend calling a
Ticketing Cast Member for assistance, so they can walk you through your options for making this change. You can also visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths to do this, but since you’re traveling so far, I believe chatting with a Cast Member may be your best first step. You can also reach out to a Cast Member using the handy “Chat with Us” feature on the Disneyland app!
