Hello, Kaitlin,
I’m sorry for the confusion. The availability of
theme park reservations can vary from one moment to the next. I recommend checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar as frequently as possible to look for openings that may come up as other Guests cancel their reservations.
Note that your
theme park ticket should be valid for booking a park reservation at either
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park. As long as reservations are available for one or the other park on dates your ticket is valid, you should be able to rebook a park reservation using the ticket you already purchased and have linked to your account. Some things to remember when reviewing available park reservations are that there is a different set of
reservations available for One Park Per Day tickets versus
reservations for Park Hopper tickets and different
tiers of one-day tickets have different dates they are valid.
Tony’s Tip: If you can’t find a reservation for the park you wish, you might consider both parks! Theme park reservations are required for the first park you visit on a given day. If you upgrade a One Park Per Day Ticket to a
Park Hopper ticket, you will be able to visit the other theme park after 1:00 PM. Ticket upgrades can be made by visiting a main entrance ticket booth.
I’m wishing on a star that you can find a date that works well for your needs, Kaitlin. I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort.
