Evelyn from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought CA 3day resident tickets. We visited twice already. This time my kids are sick and I had to cancel our visit for tomorrow. We won't be able to make it by 9/30/21. Do we just lose our last tickets? Or can I request another day?

     Hi Evelyn! Welcome to planDisney.

I hope your Mouseketeers are feeling better! It is no fun to be sick and miss a Disney day, and I know that mama feeling of having disappointed kiddos (and being disappointed yourself!) very well. Sending a little pixie dust and a Mickey-glove high-five to you.

Usually, a partially-used ticket will expire on its expiration date and cannot be applied to future ticket purchases. Given the Disneyland Resort Health Acknowledgement, I think it's worth reaching out to a Cast Member to see if you have any options since you elected to keep your kiddos home, protecting their health and that of fellow Guests and Cast Members working in the parks. There are no guarantees - I don't know how flexible they can be with those promotional tickets and their policies - but I would recommend sharing your circumstances and politely inquiring. You may reach a Cast Member by calling Ticket Services or using the Email Us form. If you use the form, be sure to provide your ticket numbers and as much information as you can to best allow them to assist you.

Thank you for stopping by planDisney, Evelyn! When you're ready to plan your next visit, please come back and see us if you think of any other questions. It's always a pleasure to assist a fellow Guest with their Disney dreaming.

    Wishing you much magic,
    Robyn
