You will want to contact Merchandise Guest Services for assistance. I recently had a defective souvenir, and they were really helpful and quickly sent me a replacement piece. They can be reached by calling 877-560-6477 or emailing Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. If you choose to email, attach photos of your broken items, as well as a copy of your receipt or credit card statement from the purchase. The more information you provide, the more quickly a Cast Member will be able to assist you.
