Every time I help a Guest with their tickets to
Disney After Hours Boo Bash, my kiddos yell about how jealous they are. This all-new Halloween event looks like so much frightful fun, with all the grim grinning ghosts out to socialize! You're going to be right in the middle of it all!
I reached out to a Cast Member, who said that if your Disney After Hours Boo Bash tickets are successfully linked to each Guest's
My Disney Experience account, you should be able to head straight to the tapstiles and scan your
MagicBand or admission card. If you would like to pick up physical event tickets (for example, if you don't already have a MagicBand or admission card), you will need to make a stop at Will Call. Regardless, be sure you have your credit card and confirmation email or number with you in case there's an issue. I have run into issues with special event tickets in the past, and it's been easy to pull up my confirmation email on my phone and share the correct information with a Cast Member so they can sort it out with a quick "bibbidi bobbidi boo!"
As for that confirmation email, I'm hoping it has since shown up in your email account. It's my understanding that some ghoulies got into the system on the day ticket sales opened, and some confirmation emails were taking 24 hours to materialize. If you still don't have the email, be sure to check your junk or spam folders. You may
