    I bought 4 Boo Bash tickets. My cousin now can't go and she has tried to link the tickets back to me. HELP!

    Hello, Jeana! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for coming by to see us! I am so happy to hear that you’ll soon be enjoying the Disney After Hours Boo Bash with two Guests! I am sorry to hear that your cousin cannot make it, but plans change, especially during these unpredictable times! Do not worry, as you or your cousin should be able to reassign this Ticket. Usually, this can be accomplished by the person who purchased the Tickets and/or the person who is the account manager on My Disney Experience. Check under the “Your Tickets” section in My Disney Experience. There, you will find the Disney After Hours Boo Bash Tickets, and next to each individual’s name, there should be a drop-down box with the option to reassign tickets! If this does not work, simply contact the Disney Existing Tickets department, and they should be able to assist you further!
