    I just bought AP and will be traveling with 6 others. Dining says 6 or more automatically 18%, but AP benefit says 3 additional guests. Will the whole table get my AP discount or not?

    Congratulations on recently becoming a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder. As a fellow Annual Passholder, I love the value of being able to enjoy a yEAR of Magic at all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I am also definitely glad that you plan on taking advantage of some of the special discounts and benefits available exclusively to Annual Passholders, including terrific dining discounts at select Walt Disney World restaurants.

    Brian, you are correct that by the terms of the Disney Dining Discounts offered to Annual Passholders, the applicable discount is included for the Annual Passholder and up to 3 additional guests. Therefore, by the wording of discount criteria, unless your dining party had two or more Annual Passholders, only four people in your party of six could take advantage of your Annual Passholder dining discount.

    Brian, you are also correct that when dining at select Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, an automatic 18% gratuity charge will be added to everyone's bill for parties of 6 or more. I expect you will find the gratuity warranted as the wonderful restaurant staff and servers at Walt Disney World truly go above and beyond to provide the very best service possible in order to ensure that your dining experience is a pleasant one. However, if at any time service does not meet expectations, please do not hesitate to speak with a supervisor or manager to rectify the situation.
