I just bought annual passes. How do I schedule my first visit for 2/25/22 at Animal Kingdom?

    Jambo Adam,

Welcome to planDisney and the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder family! As a Passholder, you get many incredible perks and benefits, including discounts on dining, special events, and merchandise. My favorite perk is the new Passholder Buzz section of the My Disney Experience mobile app. It keeps you up to date on the current and upcoming perks, events, and details of the Passholder program. The Cooking Up the Magic section is my personal favorite! I am constantly finding inspiration for dinner, dessert, and more.

To schedule your first visit, you will need to schedule a Disney Park Pass Reservation. Theme Park reservations are limited even to Passholders, so you must book these in advance.

Making Park Pass Reservations is a three-step process:

1: Make sure that your Annual Passes are linked to your My Disney Experience account. Once you log in to your account, go to “My Plans” and click on the ticket icon with Mickey Mouse ears. You will then select “Link Tickets” from the options presented. Enter your Annual Pass confirmation order number for each and link it to your account.

2: Make sure that everyone in your family is added to your Family and Friends list. To book everyone in your party together for Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you must be all linked together.

3: Look at the Disney Park Pass Availability calendar for Annual Passes and see what is available for February 25th. If the 25th is “green,” then all theme parks, including Animal Kingdom, are available that day. “Yellow” means that only certain parks have availability that day, so make sure that Animal Kingdom is one of them and “grey” means no park availability for any of the four theme parks at that time. If Animal Kingdom isn’t available on February 25th, just check back another day (perhaps closer to the date). As other Guests experience changes in the plans, availability will open up for the park you want, at least it has in my experience.

4: Once you’ve confirmed that Animal Kingdom is available for the 25th, go ahead and reserve it for you and your family.

I hope that you have the most magical time at Walt Disney World Resort!

    Happy Planning!
