I'm sorry you are having difficulties assigning the annual pass to your girlfriend. Let's see if I can help you troubleshoot. As long as you and your girlfriend are linked through the
Family and Friends list, giving her access to the pass through the
My Disney Experience mobile app should be quick. Under the My Disney Experience mobile app, there are three horizontal lines that lead you to the main menu. Click those and find "My Tickets and Passes." Locate the Annual Pass you want to assign to your girlfriend, and there should be an option to "Reassign Ticket." Once you click it, you should see your entire Family and Friends list and your girlfriend's name. Click her name, and that should do the trick! You will know it works if you see her name on the pass now, and she can also see it in her My Disney Experience mobile app. If it is still not working, Ryan, I recommend stopping by Guest Relations at the theme parks or Disney Springs. They can quickly work some magic and reassign the annual pass for you!
