Hi Matthew,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with a question!
It's always nice to greet a fellow member of the
Annual Passholder family. It sounds like you only purchased one Annual Pass. If this is correct, that Annual Pass can be assigned to one person and one My Disney Experience account. Your wife would need her own Annual Pass to link to her account. If, however, you did indeed purchase two Annual Passes and one is not linking, make sure you have not linked it to another managed profile in your
My Family & Friends List. My husband, for example, had a My Disney Experience account, but I now have a managed profile for him in My Disney Experience account. We use that managed profile because he does not use his other My Disney Experience account.
If you have two Annual Passes and still cannot get one linked,
contact a Cast member in Website Support. A Cast Member can take a look at both My Disney Experience accounts and help you to determine what the problem might be. When you call, just be sure to ask for Website Support.
My family has loved being Annual Passholders. We always make good use of the
merchandise and dining discounts. We also love the Annual Passholder magnets and the
extra magic we occasionally get. We secured a spot for one of the Annual Passholder Preview days for Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. It was so exciting to get that offer and then actually get a preview time!
Matthew, I hope you can resolve your Annual Pass dilemma quickly. Once your wife has an Annual Pass linked, you can make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for both of you. Once you do that, you can go back into My Disney Experience and check My Plans to be sure that all of your park pass and dining reservations appear there. We are super excited to welcome you to the magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
