    Hello Raziel,

It sounds like you're gearing up for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World with your new Annual Pass and a resort stay booked with a passholder discount – how exciting! I’m here to help clarify the process for you so you can dive into the magic with ease.

First off, congratulations on purchasing your Annual Pass and securing a stay with a passholder discount. That's a fantastic way to experience all the magic and wonder Disney has to offer. Regarding your question about activating your Annual Pass and hotel check-in, you’ll be pleased to know that you do not need to visit a park to activate your Annual Pass before checking into your Disney Resort hotel. Your reservation and the associated passholder discount are linked to your My Disney Experience account, which means the resort will have record of your booking and discount without needing the physical pass activated upon arrival.

Moreover, you can absolutely take advantage of mobile check-in through the My Disney Experience app, which is a convenient way to begin your stay without the immediate need to visit the front desk. This means you can head straight to your hotel from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and use the mobile check-in feature to access your room and start enjoying your resort’s amenities right away.

When you're ready to visit the parks and activate your Annual Pass, you can do so at the entrance of any Walt Disney World theme park or at Guest Relations. Just make sure you have your confirmation number and a valid photo ID handy. Activating your pass is a quick process, and then you'll be all set to enjoy the parks for the duration of your pass!

Here's a friendly tip: Since you have an Annual Pass, don’t forget to explore the various discounts and special offers available to passholders, from dining and merchandise to tours and experiences. It's a great way to enhance your visit and make the most of your passholder benefits.

If you have any more questions as you prepare for your Disney adventure, or if there's anything else we can do to help make your visit even more magical, feel free to reach out to us again here at planDisney.

Wishing you a magical and seamless arrival for your Disney vacation!

    Warmly,
