Bought an annual pass bc we are visiting several times in one year. New offer came up and can't use it with my annual pass and it looks like its cheaper for me not to. Can I cancel my annual pass and be credited? I really find the AP isn't the best option

    Hey Dawn!

To Annual Pass or not to Annual Pass...that is the question!

I'm assuming you're referring to the current "Free Dining" offer which just became available.  The offer requires a minimum of a two-day Magic Your Way ticket per guest.

While you won't be able to cancel and receive a refund on your Annual Pass, you can still participate in the current promotion.  If you purchase the required two-day tickets and do not use them during that trip the tickets will remain valid. You can then use those tickets towards the cost of your Annual Pass renewal when it's time.  This way you can still get use out of your Annual Pass by visiting several times over the year and then have a "deposit" of sorts when it comes time to renew.

Also, be sure to price out the cost of an Annual Passholder rate discount for your vacation.  AP holders can purchase a dining plan when booked under an AP discount rate.  We've often found it's cheaper for us to book the room this way and pay for the dining than it would be to get the "Free Dining" offer.

I hope this helps you make a decision!  Please feel free to follow-up with me if you think any additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
