How do I get bottled water on a Disney ship? Can I bring it, can I buy a case? Guests needs for medication prep. Also what about a refrigerator, do the rooms have them (Ships and Resorts?

    Welcome to planDisney Robin!

You are certainly welcome to bring bottled water on your Disney Cruise. It must be factory sealed and in its original packaging. If bringing water, it must be carried on with you as it cannot be with your checked luggage.

You may also choose to purchase bottled water on the ship. Crew members will be selling water packages as you board, or call room service and purchase with delivery right to your room. The easiest option is to order the water prior to your cruise through Onboard Gifts. Water is available in quantities of 6, 12, and 24, ranging in price from $13.75 - $55.00 (prices subject to change plus tax and gratuity). Pre-purchased water will be waiting in your stateroom when you arrive.

Regardless of how you secure your bottled water, you will find mini refrigerators located in each stateroom (and also in Walt Disney World resort hotel rooms!) If you need ice during your cruise, kindly request it from your fabulous Room Host/Hostess who will be happy to keep your ice bucket filled.

You mentioned one of your travel guests has special needs for medication prep. Please feel free to contact Disney Cruise to let them know of any special services that might be helpful during your sailing. Please email them at SpecialServices@DisneyCruise.com.

Wishing your crew a magical cruise! Bon Voyage!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
