Katie, it is definitely possible to book multiple rooms under one
My Disney Experience account. Each room will need to be booked separately and will have its own reservation number, but they can all be managed by the same person under one account. You can do this online, but I recommend calling
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and speaking to a Cast Member to book your trip. When you call, you'll be able to note any special requests you have, like rooms with connecting doors, or rooms close together in the same section of the Resort Hotel. These requests can't be guaranteed, but everyone will do their best to accommodate your group!
