Hey there, Christopher!
It's wonderful to meet you and to assist you with your Christmas at Disney plans!
Visiting Walt Disney World during the Christmas season is truly magical and it’s my favorite time of year to go! From the festive decorations and twinkling lights to the holiday music and even a little Disney “snow,” the parks feel extra special during the holidays.
If you’re looking ahead to a trip in November 2026 or into early 2027, those dates aren’t available to book just yet. Disney typically releases vacation packages and resort-only reservations about 12 to 16 months in advance, so you can expect those dates to open up sometime in fall 2025.
During your holiday visit, be sure to make time to explore the Disney resort hotels. Even if you’re not staying there, all of the resorts are decked with decorations, and each one has its own unique holiday theme. For example,
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa features a life-size gingerbread house that actually serves treats, and the lobbies at Wilderness Lodge and
Animal Kingdom Lodge are especially cozy with towering Christmas trees and festive touches. It’s a great way to enjoy the holiday magic without the crowds, and it gives you a little break from the parks, too!
In the meantime, I’d be happy to help you start planning, whether that’s exploring resort options, thinking through an itinerary, or figuring out which holiday events you might want to experience, such as
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!
Toodles,
Korliss
