Do bookings at a Disney good neighbor hotels still provide you with access to extra magic hours and fastpass 60 day booking

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Robyn! Thank you so much for bringing us your question about resorts!

Making your FastPass+ selections early, is one of the best ways to maximize your time at the Walt Disney World Resort so I do understand your concern!
The answer is that it would depend. Generally, the Good Neighbor Hotels located in Disney Springs will allow you to make your FastPass+ selections 60 days out. Guests staying at those hotels will also be able to link their resort reservation to their My Disney Experience account online or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Generally, Good Neighbor Hotels located outside of the Disney Springs Resort Area will not offer the 60-day booking window to make FastPass+ selections but will only offer a 30-day booking window. However, some recent partnerships have been established and now more hotels are offering the 60-day booking window so your best bet is to identify what hotel you will want to stay at and then call the Disney Reservation Center (+1 407-939-1936) to confirm with them whether the resort you are interested in will qualify for the benefit.
Robyn, I hope this information is helpful in your planning. Remember we are here for any more questions you may have. Please come back soon!

    Wishing you a pixie-dusted vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
