When booking a vacation package, is it possible to book one night without the package if we won't be going to the park on the first night?

Hello there Megan!  Congratulations are in order for planning your Walt Disney World Vacation.  It is possible to book a room only reservation at your Disney Resort, but unless you are using a separate discount that won't work on your package or wanting to stay at a different resort, it might be easier to include the extra night with your package.  Magic Your Way packages can be customized so that you can purchase park admission for the exact number of days that fit your needs.  For example, if you are going to be staying 7 nights, but only will be in the parks for 5 of those day only purchase admission for those five days.  If you do decide to book a room only reservation, it just requires a one night room deposit to hold your room.  You will have to check out normally and you may not necessarily be assigned the same room for the rest of your stay.  Please let me know if I can help you with anything else and have a magical vacation!

    Best Wishes
