I am going to be booking a trip to WDW for sometime in either Feb 2013 or April 2013. What is the best time to visit when it is not as crowded and the most reasonable in price. We plan to stay at disney. This will be my sons first visits. 13 and 8 yo.

    Hi Stephanie,

Walt Disney World is so much fun to go in any season.  I have been there in both February and April.  April will tend to be much more crowded due to Spring Break and Easter time.  I would avoid President's Weekend in February.  I also think the prices are better in February as well.  The weather is cooler with highs in the mid 70's and lows in the 50's whereas in April highs are in the 80's and lows in the 60's.   My family always stays on Walt Disney World Property.  You should check out the new Art of Animation buildings as they are spectacular!  One of my family's favorite moderate priced resort is Port Orleans Riverside.  Your children will just love visiting for the first time.  Make sure you stop by Guest Relations at any theme park or Downtown Disney to get their First Visit button.  You will have such a wonderful and magical time!  Please send me a follow up question, Stephanie, if I can help you in any other way.
