Hi Rod,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Memory Maker is always a must-have for my family. We use our PhotoPass photos to create photo books for the girls' grandparents after each trip!
As long as everyone in your party connects through the My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience and you have shared
PhotoPass photos, everyone should be able to view the pictures in My Disney Experience. If your group splits up and does different attractions, your photos should appear in My Disney Experience as long as someone in your party scans a MagicBand or admission card with the Disney PhotoPass photographer. When you ride attractions with PhotoPass, as long as your group has scanned in for the ride, your photos should link to My Disney Experience automatically, but, to be sure, we always stop after the ride and find our picture on the screens just as we exit. One of us will tap our MagicBand beneath the photo to link the photo to My Disney Experience.
Rod, be sure that you have downloaded the
My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can make sure your photos are linking to your account while in the parks. If you discover that photos are missing, stop by a Disney PhotoPass location in the parks. If you can provide the general location and time the photo was taken, a cast member can most likely locate the photos. If you discover that you are missing photos after you get home, call the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at 407-560-4300. They have found all of our missing photos in the past!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
