I am booking a trip with my Mom to Disney in May but if something would happen and she cannot go, would I be able to change the unused tickets to a trip in November I am going on with my husband?

Hey there, Lisa! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

I'm excited to see that you will be visiting The Walt Disney World Resort in just a few short months. Can you believe January is already over!? It is even more exciting that you’ll be experiencing The World's Most Magical Celebration with your mom! That's going to be a difficult Mother’s Day present to beat! I'll be sending pixie dust your way that your mom will be able to join you for your visit.

Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. There is no way to directly transfer the unused ticket to your husband for your future visit. However, the amount paid for the ticket never expires and can be applied to future ticket purchases. So you still have some flexibility and can purchase your husband's November ticket with the funds from your mom's May ticket, should your Disney Vacation plans change.

I hope this helps, Lisa! If you have more questions as you plan, come back and ask me. You’ve got a friend in me!

    To Infinity and Beyond,
