Disneyland Resort! My favorite trips to the resort include a stay at a
Disneyland Resort Hotel. You will love the proximity to the Theme Parks, delicious dining options, and the
exclusive benefits only available to hotel Guests, such as
Early Entry.
Regarding your question, so long as you are checked in to your Disneyland Resort Hotel, you can utilize the early entry benefit. This remains true if you decide to purchase a separate
1-Day Theme Park Ticket during your stay. Remember that each day,
either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park will open early. The early entry schedule is as follows:
- Disneyland Park: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Disney California Adventure Park: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
Don't forget that you will need to have both valid theme park admission and a
Park Reservation for the same park on the same date. If needed, you may modify your reservations via the
My Theme Park Reservations webpage.
I recommend having a plan for how you will use your time during the early entry period. My family and I enjoy spending our time in
Fantasyland. You can find a full list of
what's available during early entry online or on the
Disneyland App.
Lastly, on the day you are visiting the parks, make sure to arrive early to Security, at least 15-30 minutes before they open at 7:00 a.m. This is especially important during the
Holidays and will help you take full advantage of early entry.
