When booking a split stay do i purchase all park tickets under the 1st booking or do i split them between the two depending on what days we go to the parks during our stay? Thank you so much!

    Hiya, Danielle!

Welcome to planDisney. Oh boy! I love talking with fellow Guests about how to plan their Disney vacations.  It is always so exciting when the whoozits and whatzits of the vacation start coming together.

Danielle, everything related to your vacation, including both of your Resort reservations, your theme park tickets, Dining Reservations, and Lightning Lane Reservations, will all be in your My Disney Experience account.   You can purchase your theme park tickets for all of the days of your vacation, as they are not based on your Disney Resort Hotel reservation.

However, when making Advance Dining Reservations beginning 60 days in advance of your check-in date, this will be impacted by your check-in dates. So, beginning 60 days from your first check-in date, you can make Advance Dining Reservations for the entirety of that stay. Then, beginning 60 days in advance of your check-in date for your second reservation, you can make Advance Dining Reservations for the entirety of that stay.  I would mark your calendar for 60 days ahead of both check-in dates.

For Lightning Lanes, it is a bit different. With a split stay, you can purchase Lightning Lane passes seven days before your check-in date for your first Disney Resort Hotel reservation for any day of your whole stay, up to 14 nights.

I hope this helps you, Danielle! If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, soar back here to see us, and we will be so happy to help you.

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
