    I am booking a Royal Room at Port Orleans Riverside, I see that I can request a river view. Can I call and request to be in the Oak Manor with a river view?

    The Royal Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside are truly magical! You are in for a real treat.

    You can certainly put in for a room request. Just remember that all requests are noted but not guaranteed. To make this request, simply call (407)W-DISNEY and have your confirmation number handy. Let the Cast Member know of your specific request, and they will make a notation on your reservation.

    You can also call your resort directly 4-5 days prior to your arrival to remind them of your request. While not necessary, sometimes the Room Assignment team can assist here.

    Remember that nearly 2,000 rooms are being assigned at Port Orleans, so please be kind and patient with your request. The Cast Members really do work hard to get each and every guest the perfect resort room.

    Wishing you a magical stay at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside. If time allows, rent bikes and tour the area, even heading down to sister resort French Quarter. It is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks!
