Hello Chris,
Thanks for stopping by to see us here at planDisney. It's great to hear you're booking your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
The online vacation package booking tools at
DisneyWorld.com make it super easy to book your magical stay.
When you click the "Get Started" button on the
"Start Planning Your Disney Vacation" page to book your vacation package, you'll notice that you're prompted to enter your Check In and Check Out dates and the number of adults and children in your travel party. This trip information is used to put together your vacation package for your Resort stay and your theme park tickets.
After you select your Resort hotel from the
Disney Resorts Collection, you'll be prompted to add your theme park tickets to your vacation package. You'll first be prompted to select the number of days for your theme park tickets, and you should notice that the "Current Selections" information on the right side of the page shows the ticket type you selected and the number of those tickets that you're adding to your package based on the number of Guests you entered when you started. So, for example, if you're booking a vacation package for two adult Guests and selecting standard 5-Day tickets, the "Current Selections" information should display something like "5-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day, 2 x Ages 10+" to show you that you are adding 2 adult Guest tickets to your vacation package.
After you select the number of days for your theme park tickets, you'll be prompted to add options for your theme park tickets such as the Park Hopper Option that lets you visit more than one theme park on the same day. You'll also see an option to add the
Disney Genie+ service to your tickets. Before you complete the booking, you'll have an option to add Memory Maker, Ground Transportation, and a Travel Protection Plan.
Chris, one planning step you'll want to be sure to complete is to make your theme park reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system.
I hope this helps with your ticket question, Chris, and if you'd like additional help with more ticket questions, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance.
Here's wishing you a wonderful vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Jerry
