    When booking a resort such as the Mermaid Room at Art of Animation, do I have to include my 1 1/2 year old if under age 3 don't need a pass? That puts us at 2 adults and 3 children but we really would like to stay in that room and it won't let me book w/ 5

    Hi, Amber!

    When you book a Resort reservation, you will definitely need to include any children in your traveling party who are under 3 years of age. For your situation, you'll want to give the Walt Disney Travel Company a call at 407.939.1936 and have them book your reservation over the phone. We had this same situation in our family last year and we were told that the online booking system will not take a reservation for 5 people in that specific room type.

    Your family is really going to love the Little Mermaid rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort! The theming is just awesome! Your kiddos will not believe their eyes...you won't either! It feels just as though you've walked right into the movie!
