For booking a reservation at the Disneyland hotel, what is the policy if the reservation dates need to be changed or of I need to cancel

    Welcome to planDisney, Kevin!

I am so happy that you are considering staying at the Disneyland Hotel! It is my all-time favorite Disney hotel because of its classic beauty, super fun pools, and all the history nestled into every corner.

The cancellation policy depends on the type of stay you book. If you make a room-only reservation (which means you don't include theme park tickets at the time of booking your room), you must cancel at least five days prior to the arrival date for a full refund of your hotel booking. Room-only cancellations made less than five days prior to the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of the first night's room rate plus taxes and fees.

If you book a Disneyland Resort vacation package (which includes theme park tickets), cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full (minus any cancellation fees charged by third-party suppliers or any non-refundable travel protection plan costs). If you cancel your vacation package from five to 29 days prior to the arrival date, you will be refunded all amounts paid except for a $200 cancellation fee (minus any cancellation fees charged by third-party suppliers or any non-refundable travel protection plan costs). If you have to cancel your vacation package four days or less prior to arrival, the full price of the package is non-refundable.

If you need to make changes to your reservation, you will need to call (714) 956-6425. Depending on the type of change you make, there may be additional charges if the room rate is different for new dates or if you switch your room type.

I hope this information was helpful! Have a fantastic day!
