Booking POP before moving on to our DVC resort. Plane lands at 10:10. Traveling with 3 kids (6,4,1). Would you recommend heading right to Epcot then coming back for a break or pool/nap and then going out to park? Normally nap at 12:30-1:00, but checkin @ 3

    Hi Heather,

Just a few months until your vacation. I'm so happy for you.

Your plans are a little tight in my opinion, especially if you'll be using Disney's Magical Express. Once your plane lands, you should consider at least 45 minutes until the motorcoach departs. You then have another 45 minutes minimum until you arrive to your resort. The motorcoach may stop at other resorts ahead of yours, which could make your trip even longer. You may get to your resort at around 11:30 a.m. Star Tours may be able to take you to your resort in less than 2 minutes, but I'm not sure they'll be serving that day.

Check-in time for Disney’s Pop Century Resort is 3:00 p.m., however you may check-in as early as 6:00 a.m., and take advantage of all the resort amenities. There's a possibility that your room may be ready by the time you arrive, so you could head straight to your room, and allow your younglings to take their obligatory nap. If your room is not ready, you could have some lunch or head straight for a splash at Hippy Dippy Pool.

I think you’ll have a great time. Make sure you come back with any other questions you may have. Safe travels and hoping for no asteroid fields.
