When will booking open for May 2026

    Hi there, Ashley!

Welcome to planDisney. Thanks so much for stopping by with your question for us. I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth next May! It’s not too early to start daydreaming and planning. Although there’s no end date set yet, I really hope you’ll have the opportunity to experience all the happiness of Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration.

Speaking of happy, I’m ecstatic that Disneyland Resort recently opened up hotel reservations for 2026. You’re now able to book your May 2026 vacation packages or a hotel stay on the Disneyland Resort website. You can choose from 3 different onsite properties, each with its own unique theme and ambiance – Pixar Place Hotel for the whimsical nod to Pixar Studio films, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel for the Craftsman-style elegance, and Disneyland Hotel for its nostalgic tribute to Disney’s yesteryear. Regardless of which hotel you choose for your May outing, you’ll be treated to impeccable service and be right in the heart of Disney magic.

If you have more questions as you continue to plan your upcoming visit, please don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again.

    Sending you pixie dust,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
