    I have a booking for October 2017 when I go to my booking in My Disney Experience it shows it, but when I go to My Disney Experience App on my mobile it does not show it there.

    Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's so fun to have an upcoming vacation to look forward to. I love counting down the days until my next visit.

    When I use the My Disney Experience app, I sometimes have to make sure I am logged in to see my latest additions. Every once in a while, I have to enter my password again. When I do this, usually all of my reservations load right up.

    If you have tried this and still don't see your reservation, I recommend that you email the Help Center, choose the subject that says, "My Disney Experience Online or Mobile App," and briefly state your issue. A Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
