Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's so fun to have an upcoming vacation to look forward to. I love counting down the days until my next visit.
When I use the
My Disney Experience app, I sometimes have to make sure I am logged in to see my latest additions. Every once in a while, I have to enter my password again. When I do this, usually all of my reservations load right up.
If you have tried this and still don't see your reservation, I recommend that you
email the Help Center, choose the subject that says, "My Disney Experience Online or Mobile App," and briefly state your issue. A Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
