Greetings, Patricia! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!
Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite things to do because there are so many fabulously diverse options! For the majority of table service restaurants, advanced reservations are a must, so you have come to the right place to learn how to book some great meals for your trip. Advanced dining reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance online or by calling (407) 939-5277. You can also make reservations using your My Disney Experience app.
If find it easiest to make reservations online, so you will first want to start on the
dining page and filter by "Reservations Accepted." Next, at the top of the list, select the date and the time you want to dine and click "Search Times." This will show you the list of available reservations at restaurants located at all four theme parks, all the Disney World Resort Hotels, and Disney Springs. Once you find a restaurant at which you would like to dine, select an available time, log in to your My Disney Experience account, and follow the prompts to secure the reservation. The process is the same whether you are reserving a table at a regular table service restaurant or for one that offers
character dining.
Keep in mind that you will need a credit card on file to hold the reservation and if you need any special accommodations like wheel chair access or if you have any food allergies, you can note them when you make your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will get an email confirmation and it will appear in your plans on your My Disney Experience account.
I hope this helps clarify things for you. Have a marvelous visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
