Hello! For booking the 7 am LL with genie + and booking the 7am VQ, can two people do this on 2 different devices but using only one My Disney Experience account? Thanks!

    Hi there Vinny!

While you can have multiple people logged in to one My Disney Experience account to complete these bookings, you may find some delay as your My Disney Experience account receives information from multiple devices at once. I would highly recommend having one other person in the party create their own My Disney Experience account that way you avoid any sort of delays.

If the other members of the travel party haven’t yet created their own My Disney Experience accounts, they are not only easy to create but also easy to link. Linking My Disney Experience accounts is a breeze and ensures that everyone in your party can enjoy a seamless experience. Therefore, one of you can try to obtain a Virtual Queue return time while the other starts to choose your Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane experiences.

One last tip: if you aren’t able to secure a Virtual Queue return time at 7 a.m., remember you can try again at 1 p.m.!

I hope that I’ve helped to answer your question. Please stop back and see us again real soon!
