When booking an individual lightning lane, do you get to choose what time you get to ride the attraction?

Welcome to planDisney, Russell! With just about two weeks left before your trip to Walt Disney World Resort, I bet you're getting excited and ticking all the last-minute things off your to-do list. It's a great time to learn the ins and outs of how to make Lightning Lanes work for you and your itinerary, so let's jump right in and chat about how to book them.

Russell, when booking an Individual Lightning Lane, you can choose a one-hour window in which you'd like to return to the attraction to ride. This gives you the flexibility to choose the time that will work best for you and your family. Individual Lightning Lane selections open up at 7:00 a.m. for guests staying at Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, and they open up at the same time as the Theme Park you're visiting if you're a guest staying off-site. Individual Lightning Lanes tend to go pretty quickly in the morning, especially for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Disney's Hollywood Studios and TRON Lightcycle / Run at Magic Kingdom Park, so prioritize them first thing in the morning if you're planning on riding those attractions!

I hope this answers your question, Russell, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
