After booking a firework cruise For Happily ever after please Can you tell me Where the confirmation appears on the Disney app? Should It Be in the future plans section?

Hello Karen, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm so excited to hear you booked my all-time favorite evening activity in Walt Disney World - a specialty cruise on Seven Seas Lagoon to see Happily Ever After. The other day, I also reserved this Enchanting Extra for my husband's birthday in March, and I am counting the days until we sail!

Unlike most scheduled experiences during your holiday, specialty cruises will not appear in My Disney Experience. I know this can feel unnerving. I constantly second-guess myself: did I book it? Did I finalize the reservation? Hakuna Matata, (no worries) Karen! I assure you everything will work out. When you called, the Cast Member gave you a confirmation number. I like writing this on paper and then typing it into the Notes app on my mobile device. If you didn't record the confirmation number, call the phone number you used to book the cruise, and a Cast Member will assist you. You will need this number only if you cancel or modify your booking (which must be done 24 hours in advance to avoid fees). When you check in for your cruise, they'll ask for your name, phone number, and e-mail address.

Since this is a pre-paid excursion, you can also check your credit card statement to ensure the transaction went through. Upon finalizing the reservation, your card was charged the total amount, and it will show up as a charge from WDW Dining Reservations on your statement. Finally, a Cast Member from the Enchanting Extras Collection will call you a day or two before your specialty cruise to confirm details, so if you forgot the exact departure time the Cast Member gave you over the phone, you'll receive a friendly reminder and have a chance to ask any last-minute questions.

I hope this has been helpful, Karen, and that you have the best time on your fireworks cruise. Snacks and soft drinks are provided on board, but you are welcome to bring other refreshments (just no glass). If someone in your party is celebrating a birthday or other special occasion, let the Cast Member know when they call to confirm your adventure. They'll make sure your cruise is properly decorated for the event! Thanks for floating your question by us, and if there's anything else we can do to make the rest of your holiday even more memorable, come back and see us again. We're all ears!
