When booking FastPasses, does the 60 day prebooking window include the day you check in or do you begin counting back from the day prior to check in?

    Hi again Maria,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It’s wonderful to see you again!

One of the best perks about staying in a Disney Resort Hotel, aside from being able to immerse yourself in Disney Magic during your entire visit to Walt Disney World Resort, is the fact that you can make your FastPass+ selections up to 30 days earlier than people who’ve chosen to stay “off property”.

Based on my experience, your FastPass+selection window should open 60 days from your Resort arrival date, which is the day you’re actually scheduled to check in (count that day as part of the 60).

In addition, did you know that your selection window will actually cover the entire duration of your stay at that Disney Resort Hotel? I’d highly recommend trying to get some of the most coveted FastPass+ selections, such as Avatar Flight of Passage or Slinky Dog Dash, towards the end of your stay, in order to ensure maximum availability.

As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. I’m always happy to help my fellow Canadians plan the perfect Disney Parks vacation!

    Have a Magical Day,
