Hi there, Hunghsun, and welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort later this year, but sorry to hear you're having trouble finding information on the
Disneyland Hotel for your stay.
I have heard similar situations from other international guests, and it is usually because of local laws, policies, and procedures. My suggestion would be to call a local travel agent, or you can call the
Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages line to speak with a Cast Member who can help! You can reach them by calling +1 (714) 520-5060.
In terms of your trip, you are going to have such an amazing time at the Disneyland Hotel! Staying there really helps to make the magic continue all through your vacation. There are a couple of fun elements and suggestions that I wanted to point out about the hotel for your stay!
First, each hotel room has a magical headboard. Make sure to play with the lamp near the bed(s) for a magical surprise! Second, I always like to remind people that when you stay at one of the hotels of the Disneyland Resort, you get access to
Early Entry. This means you can access whichever park you have a theme park reservation for on that day 30 minutes early to enjoy select attractions!
Third, make sure to take advantage of the monorail station in the
Downtown Disney District near the Disneyland Hotel. The line for this is typically very short, and it drops you off in
Tomorrowland, so you can often avoid the lines at the entrance to Disneyland Park. Lastly, I highly recommend eating at
Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill at the Disneyland Hotel. It has some delicious food and drinks (I love the Loco Moco Burrito for breakfast), and it's so convenient since it's located near the
E-Ticket Pool at the hotel.
Thank you again for stopping by, Hunghsun! If you think of any other follow-up questions as you continue to plan your trip, make sure to come back and see us here at planDisney.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
