when booking through Disney and stying at the Swan/Dolphin, does the package price include the resort fee and parking ? If not, how much does this add per day to the cost ? Is there a "cap" on the parking charge ?

How's it going, Mary? Thanks for trusting us here at planDisney with your question about resort and parking fees at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotels. These accommodations are in an excellent location, just steps away from the festive entertainment at Disney's BoardWalk and a stone's throw away from one of my favorite non-park day activities, mini-golf! I've completed some research to get you an answer about what's included in your package price.

Let's kick it off with some good news: the resort fee for these hotels is included in your vacation package price. Score!

And now for some not-so-good news. There is a fee to park at these resorts. The Swan and Dolphin hotel amenities pages list self-parking at $40 per day plus tax, and the Guest Services parking page lists it at $36 per night plus tax. Prices are subject to change, and you may want to call the hotel to confirm the nightly parking rate. The silver lining here is that there is a 5-night maximum charge for Walt Disney Travel Company Guests. Huzzah!

One other bit of good news: as a guest of the Swan & Dolphin you will enjoy complimentary parking at all four theme parks.

I hope that this information provides some clarity about what you've already paid for in your vacation package price and what will be an additional expense when you arrive in Disney World. Please let us know if there are more questions we can help you with. We love connecting guests with the answers they need!

    Stay magical,
    Scott
