When booking your dining reservations at the 180 day mark do you have to pay for every meal (persons) the day that you reserve it. We are staying off resort so we are unable to do the dining plan. Also do you have to reserve quick dining?

    Hi Megan!
Thanks for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When making Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) for Walt Disney World dining experiences, you DO NOT need to prepay for every reservation. You do need to provide a credit card number to make the reservation, but you are not charged any amounts in advance UNLESS the meal is a "pre-pay" like Cinderella's Royal Table at Magic Kingdom. These scenarios, however, are more the exception than the rule.
Typically, the credit card will only be charged after you have enjoyed your meal OR if you do not show up for the reservation.
You do not need to make reservations for Quick Service locations. They are basically walk up locations where you order and wait at the counter for your food.

I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical trip!!
