HI there! We have booked to come to WDW in December for a week & have just realized that Typhoon Lagoon will be closed. I'm wondering whether 6 nights will be enough for the rest of the parks or should i keep the week? Thanks so much.

Hi Natasha,

In my opinion, the ideal Disney World vacation allows for two days per Park, plus one day at each water Park. Magic Kingdom and Epcot can definitely use 2 days each. We like to spend 2 days at Animal Kingdom as well. This allows us to fully immerse ourselves in the Magic. In addition, you may want to have a day at your Resort to relax in the pool and head to Downtown Disney in the evening.

In short, keep the week! You'll be glad you have the extra day so you can take your time soaking in the Magic. Disney World is so big, with countless "little things" that you'll want to enjoy.
