Hi - we are booked to come to Disney in march 23! We have the 14 day park pass - does this include waterpark and do we have to reserve the waterpark days? Also do we still get the travel guides and maps sent to us?

Hiya Nicola! Welcome to planDisney! Greetings from across the Atlantic!

Oh boy! March will be here before you know it! Having a 14-day park ticket allows you endless opportunities to explore every part of the Resort, including each of the theme parks and water parks! Depending on the last time you visited, there are sure to be new experiences that await your arrival!

The Disney Magic Ticket comes with countless benefits that you are sure to enjoy! You'll have access to the four theme parks each day along with the water parks. You can visit the water park on any day during the 14-day span you are there. The theme parks do require a park reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day, while the water parks do not require any reservations. For example, if you plan to start your day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and finish your day at the Magic Kingdom, you'll only need to have a park reservation for the Magic Kingdom on this day. Once you visit the Magic Kingdom, you can then hop to any of the three remaining parks without a park reservation.

Walt Disney World is not currently mailing out maps or guides before your visit. With the advancement of digital technology, there are plenty of resources available on the Walt Disney World website to view this information using your computer or mobile device. The Little Book of Magic is an online guidebook and is available to be downloaded at your convenience. It includes information about all four theme parks and provides great planning tools to use during your stay. The My Disney Experience App will also be your best friend before and during your visit. There is an interactive map that will help you get around the parks that will also show wait times for the attractions. Once you arrive onsite, you can pick up physical copies of guides for each park and other relevant information to help you navigate your stay.

Nicola, I would suggest following the Disney Parks Blog for any information about the parks. Currently, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is undergoing refurbishments and is closed. This may change by the time of your visit, so there is a chance you have two water parks to choose from during your holiday!

I hope you have a magical time! See ya real soon!
