Just booked to come to Disney in February. When will I be able to start booking rides. I’ve tried to use my Disney experience but can’t put my wife and child on the app with me.Also my booking details haven’t come up yet. Booked last weekend. Should I wait

    Hi Maurice!

I'm thrilled to see you just booked a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation for February! I'm sure you and your family must be so excited!

To begin, I recommend you reach out to a Cast Member on the Internet Help Desk so you can be sure your reservation and family members are properly linked to your My Disney Experience account. The Cast Members are experts at helping Guests with technical questions and they are also super friendly. The phone number is 0800 16 90 749.

To make FastPass+ selections, you will need to have everyone in your traveling party linked to your Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience account. Be sure your vacation package and/or theme park tickets are linked to each Guest.

As I'm sure you know, FastPass+ adds pixie-dust to your vacation by allowing you to maximize your time in the theme parks. The service is complimentary and gives you the ability to schedule times to visit attractions prior to your vacation starting. With FastPass+, you decrease your wait time for popular attractions, entertainment and Character Experiences giving you more time to enjoy in the theme parks.

Beginning at 7:00 AM EST, up to 30 days in advance of your visit, you can begin making FastPass+ selections. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can begin making selections 60 days prior to your arrival. Initially, you can make three selections in one theme park per day. Once you have redeemed your three FastPass+ selections, you can begin making additional selections, one at a time, throughout the day. If you have the Park Hopper option on your theme park tickets, you can even select FastPass+ times for attractions at other theme parks if you plan to hop to a different theme park later in the day.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
