    I've booked the wrong ticket for my now 10 year old son, can I amend this online please?

I am so glad you decided to stop by to ask us this question, as we have all had our own fair share of "oopsies" while planning Disney vacations. Indeed, it is entirely normal to make mistakes, especially when you are excited about your trip, so let's talk about what you can do to solve this issue. 

    When it comes to changing your reservations, it can be a bit challenging. For instance, you can use the My Disney Experience mobile app to add the Park Hopper Option to your theme park tickets or make, modify or cancel theme park reservations, dining reservations, and even your Resort hotel reservation. Other things, however, require the help of a Disney Cast Member as only they can perform specific tasks. For instance, should you want this ticket to be credited on your next purchase of Disney theme park tickets, this can only be done by a Disney Cast Member. In this case, since it sounds like you may have selected the 3-9 years old ticket option, I would highly recommend calling a Cast Member as they may be able to help further with this issue. Disney Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and I always go to them whenever I need help! 

    If you have not downloaded the My Disney Experience mobile app yet, this is one of the many reasons why I always recommend downloading it for your Walt Disney World Resort trips. Indeed, not only does the app allow you to make changes to your itinerary easily, but you can even check in and unlock your Disney Resort hotel room, order food for your party or pay for your souvenirs at select merchandise stores. The mobile app even has an interactive map showing you the wait times for all attractions around the theme parks, and you will need to download it if you want to purchase a MagicBand+. Overall, the My Disney Experience mobile app helps you spend less time waiting in line and more time creating magical memories with your fellow Mouseketeers!
